These cooling hock wraps are great for post workouts to aid in recovery of strained muscles and joints. The hyper-evaporative PVA material along with a sponge like inner layer works to absorb and retain water for an extended period of cooling compared to other brands. This absorbed water works to remove heat from the body through evaporation, providing the horse a cooling sensation.
