Return Policy

Family Center Farm & Home may Replace or Repair Your Merchandise, or Return Your Money WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be clean and in resalable condition
  • Packaging must be in new condition
  • Clothing must be unwashed, unaltered and with original tags
  • Seasonal or Clearance items may be subject to restrictions
  • Restocking fee may apply

CASH REFUND OR CREDIT MAY BE GIVEN WITH VALID RECEIPT

  • Returns over $100.00 with receipt may be refunded with a check mailed directly to the customer
  • Refund of purchases made by check require a ten (10) business day waiting period
  • Credit or debit card refunds will be credited to the card used on the original purchase
  • Gift Card purchases will be refunded to a Gift Card
  • Warranty items may need addressed directly to manufacturer after 30 days
  • Power Equipment may only be replaced or repaired at Management’s discretion

WITHOUT A VALID RECEIPT

  • Customer must present valid government issued photo ID
  • Refund or exchange may be refused at Management’s discretion
  • Refund or exchange amount may be in the amount of the last discounted price of the item
  • Merchandise may be exchanged with Management’s discretion
  • Gift Card may be given in lieu of exchange

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom Cut Items (Rope, Hose, etc)
  • Power Equipment per manufacturer policy

LOCAL CHECKS ONLY WITH PROPER ID

POWER EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY

  • We do NOT accept returns on Power Equipment products
  • Repair issues covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty will be handled by the Parts & Services Department

SADDLE RETURN POLICY

  • Two Weeks from Date of Purchase on New & Used Saddles
